The apartment (35 m2) is situated on the ground floor.

It consists of:

• wide lounge with a double bed and a single bed;
• separate kitchen supplied with a complete set of cooking utensils, fridge and freezer, gas cooker and oven;
• bathroom with shower, bidet, wash-basin and WC;
• really wide terrace (30 m2) equipped with chairs, table, reclining chairs and clothes horse.

There is a 32" color TV with foreign channels.
The apartment can accommodate up to three people + 1 baby 0/3 years old.
